Saturday, September 13, 2025, 1–2 pm in LK 130

Join us as Dr. Angela Nelson, Clinical Director at RethinkFirst, shares how the organization has partnered with hundreds of companies to advance workplace productivity and elevate neurodiversity. In this session, Dr. Nelson will provide attendees with an inside look at RethinkFirst’s initiatives—empowering managers to build confidence and skill in supporting neurodivergent employees, while also helping employees strengthen their productivity and workplace performance.

A key focus will be on executive functioning skills—such as organization, task initiation, and time management—which are closely linked to productivity and long-term success. Through evidence-based strategies, including motivational interviewing, the promotion of self-advocacy, and values-driven approaches, RethinkFirst’s clinical team has successfully bolstered the executive functioning skills of thousands of employees across industries so their talents can shine through.Importantly, these programs are funded by employers, ensuring that employees—regardless of financial means, geographic location, or diagnostic status—have equitable access to the support they need to thrive at work.
