Poster Presentation Schedule

Poster Sessions are on both Saturday, 9/13/25, and Sunday, 9/14/25, from 12pm PT to 2pm PT in LKS 101/102

Poster session #1: Saturday 9/13/25 

  • A from 12:00- 1:30 PM
  • B from 12:30- 2:00 PM

Poster session #2:  Sunday 9/14/25 

  • A from 12:00- 1:30 PM
  • B from 12:30- 2:00 PM

Poster sessions will be further split into groups on both days to give presenters time to view other posters and take a lunch break. Group A will present from 12:00-1:30 PM and Group B will present from 12:30-2:00 PM. Please see this spreadsheet for a list of poster number assignments. 

Prior to Summit

Best practices for poster

  • Your printed poster should be landscape orientation. Poster size can be between 2.5 feet (height) x 3.5 feet (width)  and 3 feet (height) x 4 feet (width). Pins will be provided.
  • Posters must contain the following sections: Intro/Background, Methods, Results, and Discussion/Conclusion. Other sections (e.g., Abstract, References, Acknowledgments) are welcome but not required. Information standard to scientific studies (e.g., sample size, statistical methods) is expected. For trainees, please make sure you receive your PI’s approval before printing your poster.
  • Successful poster presentations rely heavily on graphical presentation of key findings and large font sizes so that they can be read from a distance (~3 feet). Less content and greater readability is often preferable.
  • Having handouts of the poster’s contents available is encouraged. Handouts may be used to convey details not addressed in the poster.
  • There will be a prize for best poster judged by all attendees.

The Day of Your Presentation

  • All poster presentations will be in Li Ka Shing LK101/102, on the first floor
  • Registration opens at 7:45 AM and poster supplies will be available at the registration table.
  • On your presentation day, please attach your poster onto your poster board inside Berg Hall before 8:30 AM, when conference programming starts.
  • Please remove your poster before the end of the day of your poster presentation. We will not keep posters overnight that are left behind.

Lunch

  • On Sep 13 (Saturday), lunch will be provided for all attendees next door in Alway at 12-2PM
  • On Sep 14 (Sunday) lunch will be provided for all attendees next door in Alway 12-2PM
